Ingredients

• 1 15 ounce can Chickpeas (drained or 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas or other white beans)
• 2 cups Leafy greens
• 1 Onion (thinly sliced, or about 1 1/2 cups), medium
• 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
Canned Goods
• 1 cup Coconut milk or coconut cream, full fat
Condiments
• 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp Harissa paste
• 1 Lemon juice
