All you need are two ingredients, cake mix and milk or milk substitute. (If necessary, the second ingredient can be substituted with plain ol' water. You might consider going to the grocery store sometime...) These are so easy and good that this has become my go-to pancake recipe. It makes such fluffy, scrumptious pancakes that I even serve them to company.
