• 4 oz Beef suet

• 2 tbsp Candied lemon peel

• 2 tbsp Candied orange peel

• 1 cup Currants, dried

• 3/4 cup Golden raisins/sultanas

• 1 Lemon, zest of

• 3/4 cup Raisins

• 2 Eggs, large

Condiments

• 1 Hard sauce, homemade

• 1 tbsp Treacle or molasses, black

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 cup All-purpose flour

• 1/2 tsp Baking powder

• 1 cup Brown sugar, packed dark

• 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1 tsp Spice, mixed

Nuts & Seeds

• 2 tbsp Walnuts or almonds

Bread & Baked Goods

• 2 cups Breadcrumbs, fresh white

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 1/2 cup Brandy
