The Devil Wears Bra-Da is a textured bralette that only takes a fraction of your day to make. I like to think if there was a Miranda Priestly of the knitting world, she would include this top in the next issue of Runway. If you have an extra skein of super chunky wool lying around, this is the perfect project to work on while watching a movie. Please note that this is not supposed to be replacement for a bra, as the yarn stretches and does not offer the same kind of support. Pattern Language: English Skill Level: Intermediate (Confident Beginner) Size guide The pattern includes directions for 6 sizes. This bralette is designed to be more of a bra-bralette vs. a cropped-tank-bralette, however instructions to lengthen the bralette is available! If you are in between sizes, I recommend sizing down. Size 1 To fit chest: 28-30” Width (at its widest): 13” Width (underbust): 10” Length (excluding the straps!): 9.5” Size 2 To fit chest: 32-34” Width (at its widest): 14” Width (underbust): 11” Length (excluding the straps!): 9.5” Size 3 To fit chest: 36-38” Width (at its widest): 15” Width (underbust): 12” Length (excluding the straps!): 11” Size 4 To fit chest: 40-42” Width (at its widest): 16” Width (underbust): 13” Length (excluding the straps!): 12.5” Size 5 To fit chest: 44-46” Width (at its widest): 17” Width (underbust): 14” Length (excluding the straps!): 13.5” Size 6 To fit chest: 48-50” Width (at its widest): 18” Width (underbust): 15” Length (excluding the straps!): 15” Needles 10mm/US15 circular needles – 24”+ 12mm/US19 circular needles – 32”+ Yarn SUPER CHUNKY | 4wpi Weight: 80m = 200 gr 1(1)1(1.5)1.5(1.5) skeins of yarn Add an additional .5 skein of yarn if you would like to lengthen the bralette.
