Spinach artichoke dip Better than the Cheesecake Factory!

35min · 8 servings 1 block cream cheese • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1tbsp minced garlic • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella • 1/4 cup shaved parmesan • 1 8 oz can artichokes (diced) • 1 10 oz bag of organic frozen spinach • 1/2 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper • Grated parmesan to sprinkle on top More mozzarella to sprinkle on top Combine all ingredients (minus topping) in a large bowl. Mix well. Spread into baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Place in oven, bake in 325 for 30 minutes. You can remove at this time or broil for 2 minutes. (I broiled mine). Grab some organic tortilla chips and enjoy!
