Ragi Chia Smoothie -
If you are looking for a healthy and nutritious drink to keep you filling full longer then try this Ragi Chia smoothie . What went in 2 tbsp ragi flour 1 cup water (Dry roast ragi flour for a few minutes. Then add water and cook till thick ) 1 banana 2 dates 4 almonds 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 cup milk 1 tsp soaked Chia seeds Chopped almonds for garnish (Soak dates and almonds overnight or minimum 2 hours in hot water ) . Cook the ragi flour. Cool it completely and all the other ingredients and blend till smooth. Garnish with soaked chia seeds and chopped almonds.
