This salad is so good. Y'all are going to love this so much. I also have some red onion. Um you can put this into taste. This is probably about, let's see. That's probably about like, I would say about half a red onion, alright? Chopped up however you want it. Chop it up in the way that makes you happy. I have a whole avocado. So, I just like slice it in the shell and I'm just going to squeeze it out. Oops like that but I want it to stay in its in its own quadrant, okay? That's very important. It's very important y'all and y'all are going to see why, okay? You gotta keep everything separated because it just makes it taste better. I promise. Alright. Avocado but not piece. Alright. And now y'all, before we do the dressing, we have one more thing. We have some extra sharp cheddar cheese. Alright, right there. Alright. So, spinach salad with some stuff. If y'all want to add like chicken or something, you can but today, I'm not going to. It's like a side salad but you can also eat it for lunch. So, we're going to make a homemade dressing. Very easy. Y'all every time I make dressing, I just kind of eyeball it. So, olive oil, we're going to put in about, I don't know, let's say about a half cup of olive oil, okay? Uh we also have some red wine vinegar I would say about a/ 4 cup again y'all I'm just I'm just eyeballing it okay soy sauce I would say 1-two tablespoons alright we putting some garlic in here I love garlic so y'all y'all know y'all know y'all know how I feel about garlic okay let me do a little seasoning we add a little bit of dill little bit of dill, and a little bit of oregano. Y'all want to use, if y'all haven't like an Italian seasoning blend, that would be good too, alright? And you know what? Actually, we need a little more red wine vinegar because we just do. I can I can just tell by looking at it y'all. You know, when when you make something enough, you like, you know what it's supposed to look like. So, now we just gotta give this a little mixy mixy, alright? We gotta mix all the ingredients together and you know what else we have to do y'all? I mean, the best way enough it's right, we're going to taste it. Alright, y'all. That's good. That is a delicious dressing. That is very good. Alright. So now y'all, what we going to do here? This is what we're going to do, alright? This is it. We're going to pour our dressing on top. Our olive oil, red wine vinegar, herb dressing, alright? We're going to pour this on top. You can bring it to a party, a barbecue. Y'all can prepare everything and just toss it with the dressing when you get where you're going but it's very simple y'all. Obviously, it's a very simple salad and y'all can do whatever you want. Um add whatever you want if you want to add some chicken that would be good but that's it y'all. Now, we're using some chicken. So, for this recipe y'all, I'm using some canned chicken but I'm using this natural kind. Y'all can use whatever kind of chicken you like, alright? If you want to use rotisserie chicken, chicken breast, go ahead but this is what I'm using. Two cans of canned chicken. We're making a delicious, easy salad. Y'all are going to love this, alright? So, now we have bacon. Uh this is some bacon I cut. I cooked and cut up. So, we're going to put this in here as well. So, this is a delicious, easy chopped salad. There's no rules said you have to do exactly what I do alright do what makes you happy if you don't like blue cheese leave it out if you like it add more do whatever you want okay so this is a copycat recipe from this this fast food restaurant outside of Chicago called Portillo's and it's a delicious salad y'all alright so we're going to move this to the side I make this for I'm making this for the Super Bowl party I make I make this all the time it's great so now we have a little cup right here what we going to do we have some Hidden Valley Ranch alright so we're going to put a cup of ranch right on in here. About a half cup. Alright. Now, y'all we also going to put in a half some balsamic vinaigrette. We put a half cup of this in. Yes, we mixing these dressings, alright? Half cup. There we go. Perfect.
