Why Did I Get Cancer - 5 minute high energy breakfast: hard boiled eggs (leftover from earlier in week) sliced cherry tomatoes & avocado. The fat in the avocado helps to break down the nutrients in the tomatoes & the protein will keep us full for about 3 hours. I love this 5 minute breakfast but we were still 20 minutes late to church. ..it's a good thing I didn't make a 30 minute meal-we would have missed the whole service :) | Facebook
