    This is an incredibly important section. Gaining momentum in real estate is incredibly challenging. Statistically, 83% of agent FAIL within their first three years. Much of that is due to lack of focus and momentum. Sharing your income goals with your Mentor allows her/him to help you focus on the activities that will be most conducive to gaining momentum AND realizing your income goals.

    We are in this together. At Haven, our fanatical focus is on creating an amazing experience for our clients AND teaching our agent HOW to consistently make that happen - which leads to consistent agent success.
  • Your Mentor is NOT Perfect. She/He will say things that, on the surface, may not be in line with how you like to hear things.  It is incumbent upon you to ALWAYS assume "Positive Intent" - meaning, take the coaching through the filter of, "My Mentor is trying to bring out the best in me."
  • You will not always FEEL like showing up for your weekly meetings. THAT IS GREAT. Do it anyway. THIS is an integral part of the training/mentoring. DO NOT MAKE YOUR MENTOR Chase you. You Mentor is there t contribute, in a meaningful way, towards your success. This entails YOU showing up for yourself and your career 100% of the time.
  • The Weekly Mentoring Update Form will be due EACH MONDAY by 10 am. This is so that your Mentor can advise Robert and Cambria about any topics that should be added to the Tuesday weekly meeting. By completing this form, you are agreeing to complete the Mentor Update Form each week ON-TIME.
