-Saved!- In the Vatican City, inside St. Peter’s Basilica among the extravagantly ornate ceilings, the statues and paintings, above the Throne of St. Peter was a stained glass window with a dove also known as Bernini's 'Holy Spirit'. Simple by comparison but stunning nonetheless. While this photograph was taken the first time M and I were in Rome back in 2009 we revisited Rome last summer and you can read all about it here

I saw that stained glass in St Peter's Basilica too and was equally struck by its beauty. What a fab photo of it!
