At First Glance...

Now, Here's Somethin' Special!

A Great April Wine Bootleg...

It's One of Those Live-In-The-Studio Things...

From 1978!

They Were Promotin' Their Excellent
First Glance album...

And, Apparently, This IS When Jerry Mercer,
Wine's Drummer, Started Shavin' His Head...
(Goin' With The Mr. Clean Look...)

I Kinda Went Wild on the Artwork...
Just a Bit...Maybe!

Can't Remember Who It Was That Sent Me This?...
(It's Been A While Back...)

But, Thanks a Bunch!

Check The Awesome Setlist!

I Mean There's Classics And Then There's
Silver Dollar
Which Wasn't Played Live
On Tour Back Then...

And, The Even Then Oldie,
Weeping Widow...
(Even Though They Didn't Write It, They Released It 1st...)

So Why The Remastered Version?
Well, That Was Originally - Just For Me!
But, Figured I'd Share...
(For Those That Might Want It...)

Those Fresno Music Restoration Folks
Do a Fantastic Job...

Kinda Went Wild With The Artwork...
(Had FUN, Though...)

Many Familiar Songs and an Oldie As The Encore...

NOTE: Stay Tuned to the Barn...

Have You Seen Kay?

Once Upon A Time...

Classic MTV Weekend Concert...

When They Used to Do Such Things...

When They Used to Play MUSIC!

(Yeah, They Really DID, Children!)

So Here's

April Wine

Live from
Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Back in 1982...

On The Power Play Tour!

Drinkin' Wine Alone...

When I First Got This CD Way Back When...

I Expected Brian Greenway to Sound Like the
"April Wine" Brian Greenway...
Like On Before The Dawn, Etc.

(But, Then I Realized That Was Kinda Unfair of Me!)

Musicians Do Solo Projects for Many Different Reasons...

I Believe AW was on Hiatus in the Late 80's and Then
Regrouped in the Early 90's...

Anyway, This CD Has Some Good Songs on It...

And Brian Had Help From Some Friends...

Alex Lifeson Plays The Solo on the First Song,
And Aldo Nova Plays Keyboards Throughout...

It Sounds Like the Late Eighties...

Which Could Be a Good Thing!

Enjoy and Play It LOUD!

No One Had Money and The Girls Got So Uptight...

This Is April Wine - Live In London!

The Audio was taken from the DVD...

It was Originally a VHS Release Back When...
(I Remember Watchin' It a Long Time Ago!)

Also, It Had The Band Ridin' a Double Decker Bus
Through London, Checkin' out the Sights...

ALL That Has Been Removed...

And the ONLY Real Hard Cut
from one Song to the Next is One More Time...
(It Starts Out With The First Verse...)

I Made a New Back Cover,
'Cause Well...

Apparently, Whoever Made the Original,
Knew Nothin' 'Bout the Band
or the Names
of Some of Their Songs...
(See Bad Toys as an Example...)

Other Than All That...

It's a Great Soundin' April Wine Concert!

Enjoy and Play It LOUD!

Canada's Finest Wine...

Here's a Great Soundin' Concert from April Wine!

Not Sure It's the Complete Concert,
Or If The Songs are Out of Order Or What?

But, Somethin' Just Doesn't Seem Right About It!?!
(Other Than It's Excellent Music!)

You Know They Didn't Start
The Show Off With Before The Dawn...

And, Roller would Probably Come
Near the End of the Concert as well!

But, Well, This IS The Way I Got It...

So Here It Is!

I Thought I'd Share It Anyway...

Make What You Want of It...

Enjoy and Play It LOUD!

Take a Ride on the Reading...

Here's Myles Goodwyn (Mr. Smooth!) and April Wine...

Live at The University of Reading...In England!

This is a Great Bootleg!

It Was Before They'd Really Hit The Big Time...
But, They Always Had Many Quality Songs!

Myles and Brian Greenway Trade Off
Lead Vocals on Several Songs...

There's a Drum Solo and Even a Harmonica Solo!

April Wine Were Tourin' Their Harder...Faster album...

IF You Don't Already Have It - Get It!

Enjoy and Play It LOUD!

Always It's The Same Old Song...

Here's a Great Vinyl Rip of April Wine's
One For The Road
(Seems There's Several Live Records with a Similar Title...)...

It Was Apparently Released (At One Time) on CD
with Some Bonus Tracks,
'Cause I Coulda Bought It for Like $900 USD
(No, Thank You!)...

This was Recorded on April Wine's 1984 Canadian Tour!

It's Got That Great April Wine Sound
That Sounds Even Better Aged!

Myles Goodwin and Company

Rock Through Some of Your Favorite April Wine Songs!

Enjoy and Play It LOUD!

Whose Wine? What Wine?...

Here's Another Great April Wine Concert!

Recorded Live in Denver, (The Mile High City!) Colorado

Back in 1980 on Tour for the Harder...Faster album!

Myles and The Guys Rock Songs from the Then New Album, Plus Other April Wine Classics, Even Reachin' Way Back for You Could've Been A Lady!

Also, the Old King Crimson Song: 21st Century Schizoid Man with a Jerry Mercer Drum Solo as well!

Enjoy and Play It LOUD!

She Likes To Play For Double or Nothin'...

Here's A Great April Wine Concert from Las Vegas in 1981!

It was Recorded for the Radio Program: The Source!

Of Course, That Year April Wine had a Big Hit Record off The Nature Of The Beast album: Just Between You And Me!

And IF You Were Watchin' on August 1st, 1981 - It was the 14th Video Played on the Newly Launched Channel: MTV!

Now, the First Time I Heard That Song on the Radio, I was All Prepared to Sing Along to that French Line, Derek:

Seulement entre toi et moi.

But, It Wasn't There!?! - It Was Edited From the Song (Here in the States, Anyway)!?! I guess the Record Execs. Didn't Think US Yanks in the U.S. Could Handle a Little French!?!

I had Purchased the Vinyl Album in the Early Part of '81 (When It Was Released) And It Was In The Song on the Album...

Anyway, This Concert is filled with a Bunch of Songs from the Beast album and a few from Harder...Faster, their Previous Release, and Wine Kicked It All Off with an Oldie: Oowatanite! (A Song from 1975!)

Also, You're Treated to a Cover of a  Fantastic King Crimson Song:

21st Century Schizoid Man!

IF You Don't Have This One - You NEED It!

It's Sure To Bring Back Some Mighty Fine Memories!

Enjoy and Play It LOUD!
