What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can lead through employee relations and benefits, coach managers and employees, ensure compliance, and drive positive change with strong, practical HR guidance.

I’m an experienced Human Resources professional with expertise in leading people, coaching/counseling, change management and budget management. In my current HR Generalist role at YesCare Corporation, I support senior HR management across benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.

I serve as an HR liaison between employees and insurance providers, resolve benefits-related problems, and monitor the AskHR and FMLA/ADA (all leaves) policy on a daily basis to ensure effective use of plans and positive employee relations. Previously, as a Lead HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner Consultant at PHI Pepco Holdings, Inc., I coached senior management and supervisors, advised on staffing/recruiting, job evaluation, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and legal matters, while collecting and analyzing HR data to make recommendations to leadership.
