These delicious boozy drinks and boozy desserts are guaranteed to get the party started and to keep the conversations flowing.

John and I are picky when it comes to what we eat. It doesn’t have to be fancy but it has to be delicious. We feel the same way about our cocktails. We know how we want our favorite cocktails to taste so when we order one and it’s not very good, it’s so disappointing. When we have a party or entertain, we want our guests to know that we appreciate that they took the time to join us. Serving them the best drinks is a must and alcohol-inspired desserts will do that! If you want to throw in a few appetizers, here are some of the BEST Easy and Delicious Appetizers.

Decadent alcoholic cocktails and sweets are the same things in some cases. Planning a party or entertaining can be hard enough. Putting together your drinks and desserts don’t have to be difficult and I wanted to guarantee that I could find all of the recipes that I love in one place so-called upon some of the best most talented foodies that I know. 1. This coming year I’m planning on entertaining more adult gatherings. So many different options here. Pinning and bookmarking to come back often!

  2. Great sips and bites – perfect party food! What a great line-up of delicious options for any party. Thank you!!!

  3. Love desserts with booze – it really adds such great flavor. I’m still hoping to make your Bailey’s mini cheesecakes -as I have a bottle waiting to be used – maybe for New Years. As time goes by I seem to enjoy “special adult drinks” as I normally don’t drink simple cocktails such as gin and tonic or rum and coke.

    1. Me too, Judi! They sure seem to go down pretty well. We may do something like that for New Years too. We’ve done so much entertaining that we are laying low and keeping it simple this year. Will you be entertaining?

  4. Thanks for sharing such a nice list…I’ve pinned as these will be great anytime of the year. Julie, I hope Christmas was everything you wanted it to be.

    1. Oh Karen, thank you so much. My Christmas was wonderful. My kiddos were both here and we have a new grandbaby this year. It was everything and more. I hope you had an amazing Christmas too Karen. Were you traveling or spending it at home?

  5. These all look incredible! And most of the desserts look too hard for me! The photograph of that martini with the cherries is professional. Wow. Merry Christmas!

    1. Thank you Mimi! I don’t think there’s anything too hard for you! You are so talented in the kitchen. I was really happy with the martini photos. I even caught an image of my photographing the drink in the reflection of one of those cherries and didn’t notice it until they were posted! I guess we critique our own work a little tougher!
