How can we help?

Was the hotel formerly Mondrian Park Avenue?

Yes, until November 4th Hotel Park Ave was Mondrian Park Avenue. The hotel is now independent and operated by Lore Group. All prior reservations and rates are being honored. Is breakfast included in my stay?

Breakfast is served in our new restaurant, Park Rose from 7:00am–11:00am, offering seasonal dishes, freshly baked pastries, and classic breakfast favorites.

  • Bookings made before 11 September 2025: Breakfast includes a complimentary pastry and coffee or tea at Park Rose, with the option to upgrade to the full breakfast menu for an additional fee.

  • Bookings made on or after 11 September 2025: Breakfast can be added to your stay for an additional fee.

What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in at Hotel Park Ave is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.

Is there an option for early check-in?

Yes, we try to accommodate this where possible. Please contact hello@hotelparkave.com to arrange and please note a fee may apply.  

Is there an option for late check-out?

We offer late check-out at a rate of $50 per hour until 4pm, after this we apply a full day rate. Please speak to the front desk team to arrange late check-out.

Do you offer room service?

While we don’t currently offer room service, our team have plenty of local recommendations to either dine-in or for delivery.  The majority of major food delivery Apps and services also deliver directly to the hotel.  

Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

Our ADA room options across several room categories are all fully wheelchair accessible. If you need additional information on accessibility at Hotel Park Ave please contact us on hello@hotelparkave.com

Are you able to provide baby cribs?

Yes, we can provide cribs. Please let us know in advance of your stay so we can have these waiting in your room.

Do you have parking?

We offer overnight valet parking at a rate of $75 plus tax for sedans and $85 plus tax for SUVs. We are unable to provide an in and out service.

Are you a dog friendly hotel?

Yes indeed, we love dogs. There is a $150 charge per stay. Please let us know in advance should you wish to bring your dog so we can be ready to welcome them.

Is the rooftop terrace currently open?

Our rooftop terrace is currently closed for renovations and is expected to reopen in Spring 2026. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back to the refreshed space soon.

Do you have a gym?

Yes, we do. Located on our second floor and open 24/7, our gym blends sleek design with smart intuitive equipment, made to move with you, whether you're starting fresh or keeping up your routine.

What is the nearest subway station?

Our nearest station is the 6 line at 33rd street.

What is included in the facility fee?

We apply a daily $50 facility fee on room bookings, in addition to hotel taxes and fees. The fee includes high-speed WiFi, in-room bottled water, a light minibar snack, 24-hour access to our fitness center with AmpFit and Peloton, a branded tote bag, and bike rental. 

Is there a hotel loyalty program?

Yes, Hotel Park Ave is part of ‘Lore DISCOVERY’, the hotel loyalty and rewards program from Lore Group.
