Spread onto a pan and heat over medium heat until crispy (this step can also be done in the oven). Remove and allow to cool. Place into a large serving bowl with remaining salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients together (add more water to thin if necessary) and pour over salad. Toss to combine.
