Easter Dirt Cups
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream 1 box chocolate pudding mix (instant) 1 1/2 cups milk 1 package Oreo cookies (crushed) 1 cup gummy worms or candy eggs (for topping) Directions: In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, chocolate pudding mix, and milk until smooth. Let it set for about 5 minutes. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs (you can use a food processor or place them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin). In individual cups, layer the chocolate pudding mixture and Oreo crumbs. Repeat until the cup is full, finishing with a layer of cookie crumbs on top. Decorate the top with gummy worms or candy eggs for a festive look. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
