Plie squat 2. Hold at the bottom and lift your heels right and then left 3. Continue with the full plié squat, adding a heel raise at the top 4. Push-ups 5. Mountain climbers, knee to elbow - same side then cross over (both sides) 6. Hip hinge with alternating lat pulls 7.
