Safe Fruits for Dogs
Dogs love fruit as a supplement to their diet or as a refreshing snack. Make sure you remove any pits, seeds and skin before you offer them. Start slow when introducing fruits to your dog. If your dog is not use to eating fruit, she can get an upset stomach. Be aware of the water content of some fruits and recognize that your dog may need to go outside more often when she eats more of those items. Remember that grapes and raisins are very toxic for dogs. Do NOT offer those to your dogs.
