Shall we? Alright, start adding a half pound of Italian sausage and a half pound of ground beef to a hot oil pan. Break it up, season it with salt and pepper. Brown it and then drain it. Add one diced onion and three minced garlic cloves to the pan and then just stir those up and cook them for a few minutes until those onions are nice and soft like this. Once they are add one jar of your favorite marinara sauce. Stir that in until everything is coated and then take the whole thing. Set it aside. Get a nine by 13 bacon dish. Add a layer of spaghetti. Actually you need to cook the spaghetti first to get a mixing bowl. Add one block of softened cream cheese. One cup of cottage cheese. Just poop it right in there. A quarter cup of sour cream and then get the tiny whisk from your pocket. Just start whisking all of this until it's beautifully actually whisk was a bad idea. Get a tiny spatula. Mix it all till it's beautifully combined. Then set that aside. Bring in that cooked spaghetti. Ploop half of it into the bottom of the baking dish. Then bring that cream cheese mixture back. Ploop that on top of that. If you don't know how poop. Just spread it. It's fine. Uh put the rest of the noodles on top. Bring the meat mixture back. Ploop that on top of the noodles and then get an eight ounce block of mozzarella cheese. Shred it. Spread it and then get a handful of Parmesan. Sprinkle that on top as well. Throw the whole thing in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes. If you have parsley in your pocket, throw it on top but let this cool down. It's hot and bubbly. Once it's cooled down, get a spatula. Cut a piece out. Put it on a plate. Grab a fork. Scoop up a big old bite of this and then put the whole thing in your mouth. Okay. First of all, while this was in the oven, I hit a million followers. So, we're going to go ahead and change the name to Million Follower Spaghetti and secondly, it's really good. I know it's been a viral thing for a while but I just never bothered to try it but I get it now. It's that good. I'll see you in the comments.

Add salt and let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Once done, drain the water and transfer the pasta to a large bowl, then mix in the butter. Return the pot to the stove and add the butter and flour, cooking for a couple of minutes to eliminate the raw flour taste. Gradually stir in the milk and continue until the mixture thickens. Turn off the heat and incorporate the Velveeta cheese along with ¼ cup of each cheese variety. Mix in the sour cream until the mixture is smooth. Pour the cheese blend over the pasta and stir well. Next, take a 9x13 inch baking dish and layer the bottom with cheese. Follow with a layer of the pasta mixture, then add another layer of cheese. Repeat this process until you reach the top, finishing with a final layer of cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Once out of the oven, allow it to rest for approximately 15 minutes.
