Stress fractures refer to fractures occurring in bone due to a mismatch of bone strength and chronic mechanical stress placed upon the bone. Fractures can either be: fatigue fracture: abnormal stresses on normal bone insufficiency fracture: normal stresses on abnormal bone http://radiopaedia.org/articles/stress-fractures

White cerebellum sign (also called reversal sign or dense cerebellum sign) is encountered when there is a diffuse decrease in density of the supratentorial brain parenchyma, with relatively increased attenuation of the thalami, brainstem and cerebellum. This sign indicates irreversible brain damage and has a very poor prognosis, which is why radiologists must be aware of this sign. http://radiopaedia.org/articles/white-cerebellum-sign
Lhermitte Duclos disease | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD), also known as dysplastic cerebellar gangliocytoma, is a rare tumour of cerebellum. It is probably hamartomatous, although the exact pathogenesis remains unknown. The abnormal tissue involves the cerebellar cortex, and is usually confined to one hemisphere, occasionally extending to the vermis but only rarely extending to the contralateral hemisphere. http://radiopaedia.org/articles/lhermitte-duclos-disease

The Fazekas scale is used to simply quantify the amount of white matter T2 hyperintense lesions usually attributed to chronic small vessel ischaemia, although clearly not all are due to this. It divides the white matter in periventricular and deep white matter, and each is given a grade depending on the size and confluence of lesions. http://radiopaedia.org/articles/fazekas-scale-for-white-matter-lesions

Melanoma metastases: brain | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
Intracranial metastatic melanoma is the third most common brain metastasis. Intratumoural haemorrhage is a much more common feature of melanoma metastases in comparison to other brain metastases. Other than choriocarcinoma, metastatic melanomas are the most frequent metastases that are complicated by massive haemorrhage. http://radiopaedia.org/articles/intracranial-metastatic-melanoma-2
