45min · 7 servings Recipe: • -1kg potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks • Boil them in salted water 5-7mins until forktender. • Preheat the oven to 220C/430F and preheat 1/3 cup (80ml) oil in a baking dish for 10mins. • Drain the potatoes and fluff them up by shaking them in a colander. • Add to the hot oil and coat them with it. • Bake for 45-55min turning every now and then. • Salt: • -2 Tsp salt • -1Tsp garlic powder • -1 Tsp dried thyme • -1/2 Tsp dried Rosemary • Grind it until it’s a fine powder. • Season your potatoes with as much or as little as you want.

RECIPE (3-4 servings, 30min prep time): -2 blocks (400g) tofu -2/3 cup (80g) chickpea flour -1 Tsp each salt, curry powder, paprika (or use other spices you like) Knead until it's a dough. 1 block of extra-firm tofu, drained and cut into steaks 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp garlic, minced Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish Whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
