I work hard every day to survive. I have a toolbox full of healing modalities that I need to use. Some days I can do yoga and I’m good. Other days it takes a variety of tools to get me moving. I live with depression that comes and goes at will. Some times it lasts a day or three then other times it wants to be a permanent fixture. It makes me feel sick. My body doesn’t want to move.
