1992 Belgium Grand Prix, qualifying on Friday: French Ligier driver, Erik Comas, has a serious accident at the Blanchimont corner, with the body of the pilot critically injured in the cockpit. Just at the time of the accident McLaren's Ayrton Senna, who, realizing the seriousness of the accident, shoots out of his car to stabilize the position of Comas prior to arrival of doctors. This heroic move saved the life of Erik Comas.
