So much so that i make it every 3-4 days. • For that fondness of this flavourful veggie, lets make a very authentic recipe with Gawar called - “Gawar ka Phoolgara”. • Sounds peculiar right? This unique Rajasthani recipe doesn’t need any oil or ghee for its preparation & tastes just amazing. • Recipe • Take tender Gawar phali (cluster beans) & boil for 5 mins. Strain water. • Make a smooth paste with garlic, green chilly, green coriander , red chilly powder, pinch of turmeric, cumin seeds & salt. • Add 1 teaspoon of this paste to Gawar phali & mix. Now we will give smoky taste to it by giving “Dhungaar” w
