Start by preheating your oven to 425°F if you're baking. In a large bowl, combine steak, potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and your favorite seasonings. Gently toss everything together until well mixed. Divide the steak and potatoes evenly onto four 12x12 inch sheets of aluminum foil, then wrap them tightly to form secure foil packs. For grilling, place the foil packs over high heat, cooking for about 10 minutes on each side.
