(Note: there are tons of options, these are just my personal go-to’s. I have more on my page!) Dynamic stretching is great for BEFORE a workout to get the blood flowing and joints warmed up: 1. Leg swings (x12 each side) 2. Low Squat Holds w/ rock (x15-30 seconds) 3. 90/90 hip switch with extension (x5 each side) 4. Squat to Stand (x10) Static Stretching is great for AFTER a workout to help the muscles recover and stay flexible!: 1. Toe touch (hamstring stretch) x30 seconds 2. Low Lunge x30 seconds each 3. yes if your balance is good don’t worry about it . Just be sure to move safely through the movement. And follow tips 2-3 

2️⃣stand tall with feet hip-width apart.- this allows you to lower your body until both knees are at 90-degree angles. Without losing your balance 

This is not a courtesy lunge so please do not put the leg behind the other
