Sourdough Pie Crust
This Sourdough Pie Crust recipe is easy to make with your sourdough discard. Quick to put together, it can be made a couple of hours, up to 4 days in advance. Great for sweet or savory pies. We use King Arthur brand flour, but any quality flour will make a delicious sourdough pie crust. Vegan butter can be substituted for regular dairy butter.
