INGREDIENTS: 1 c cottage cheese (i used low fat) 1/4-1/3 c milk (any kind will do) 1-2 tbsp cheddar popcorn seasoning pasta of choice i used banza for extra protein) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. blend your cheese sauce to combine 2. cook pasta 3. add sauce to drained and rinsed pasta 4. mix and ENJOY! *if the sauce is runny, you can add some cornstarch to thicken
