简单又下饭的一道菜~腌一腌就可以下锅炸,或是用气炸锅更方便!外酥里嫩,蒜香扑鼻,一口接一口完全停不下来~真的要炸多一点,不然不够吃!

Ingredients 食材:
	•	1kg pork ribs 排骨 1公斤
	•	2 tbsp minced garlic 蒜末 2汤匙
	•	1 tsp minced ginger 姜末 1茶匙

Marinade 腌料:
	•	2 tbsp soy sauce 生抽 2汤匙
	•	1 tbsp oyster sauce 蚝油 1汤匙
	•	Salt & pepper to taste 盐和胡椒粉适量
	•	1 tbsp Shaoxing wine 绍兴酒 1汤匙
	•	2 tbsp cornstarch 玉米淀粉 2汤匙

Ingredients: 
3 corn on the Cobb 
1/4 cup olive oil 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp smoked paprika 
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
