Here’s how to make it: 1 tbsp butter 1/2 shallot, diced Salt and pepper, to taste Red pepper flakes, to taste 1 cup acini di pepe 2.5 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup cream Zest and juice from half a lemon, to taste Freshly grated parmesan Black pepper and olive oil to top 1.
