Spinach & Artichoke Dip Recipe: Ingredients: 3 blocks of cream cheese 1 1/2 cups of sour cream 1 1/2 cups of real mayonnaise 2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese 3 cups of frozen spinach, thawed 3 cans of chopped artichokes, drained 1 tablespoon of onion powder 2 tablespoons of fresh, minced garlic Directions: 1. Start by creaming three blocks of cream cheese then add sour cream, and mayo mix again. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients in order and fold with a spoon. 3. Poor into a casserole dish and bake at 375° for about 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
