After that, you are going to grab both ends of the fabric on either side and create 2 separate strands. Then tie these strands into knots, and keep adjusting the cap tightly around the top of the chair as you knot the two strands twice. Any remaining fabric can be pulled through the back of the cap to create a neater look. Like a bun.
