Creamy Parmesan Chicken with Penne
Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook penne according to package instructions. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until browned; set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning, simmering until thickened. Return chicken and penne to the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
