-12oz choc chips -1/4 cup cream frosting (THT p.390, use vanilla instead of peppermint extract) -1/3 c. Butter -2tsp vanilla extract -2/3 c. Walnuts(optional) -1 1/2 c. Gentle sweet -1/2 c. Evaporated milk (I used heavy cream) Put the chocolate chips, cream frosting, butter, vanilla and nuts in a bowl, set aside Boil gentle sweet and milk while whisking for about 3 mins - pour into bowl with chocolate chips and mix. Then pour mix in your pan and let set in refrigerator (took about 2 hours)
