• 1 lb Beef stew meat

• 1 Bay leaf
• 2 Carrots, large
• 2 Celery stalks
• 1 clove Garlic
• 1 cup Onion
• 4 Red potatoes, medium
• 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried leaves
Canned Goods
• 2 1/2 cups Beef stock or canned unsalted chicken stock, homemade
• 1/4 cup Stock
Baking & Spices
• 2 1/2 tbsp Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 3 tsp Olive oil
