When I first started my weight loss journey something I hated the most was thinking I had to eat differently from my friends and family. I didn't know any better, I thought I had to cut out so many foods & eat like a rabbit. Having different dinners then my family didn't sit right with me. Then I learned flexible dieting/eating & learned I can eat the same meals as my family & I can eat the foods I love and enjoy whilst reaching my goals!!!
