THE IMPROVED

Inspiration for the design of our first show, "The Improved", which premiered at FRINGEWORLD 2013. We started off with a slicker vision for the world - shiny surfaces, leather chairs, cigars etc - but ultimately found ourselves drawn to a bleaker landscape, such as depicted in the movie "The Lives of Others". The costumes for Assessors "A" and "B" require an old-school masculine glamour that contrasts with the shabbiness of character "C00789".
