Soft, spongy, and packed with protein! 💛This is a delicious spin on the classic dhokla Recipe:: Ingredients: - 1 cup Chana Dal - 1 inch Ginger - 2 Green Chillies - Salt to taste - Water as needed - Eno - Oil for cooking & drizzle - Red Chilli Powder Method: - Soak Chana Dal for a minimum of 4 hours - Drain out the water and transfer into a high speed blender, add in ginger, green chillies, salt & grind it into a smooth paste - Transfer into a bowl add little water to get the desired consistency - Preheat your dhoklas steamer - Add eno to the dhokla batter mix and pour onto a greased dhokla plate - Steam for 10-12mins till knife comes out clean - Drizzle some oil on top and sprinkle red chilli powder - Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy!
