These buttery soft pretzel bites are the ultimate snack! Chewy on the inside, golden on the outside, and topped with a sprinkle of salt, they’re perfect for dipping or enjoying on their own. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 packet active yeast 1 tbsp sugar 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup baking soda (for boil) 4 tbsp melted butter Coarse salt Directions Mix water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 mins. Add flour and salt, knead for 5 mins. Let dough rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll dough into ropes, cut into bites. Boil bites in baking soda water for 20 secs, then place on baking sheet. Brush with butter, sprinkle salt, and bake for 10-12 mins.
