The destination: Leiper’s Fork (@leipersforkcountry) 45 minutes from Nashville Our breakfast pick: The Country Boy (@thecountryboyrestaurant) open 7 am-2 pm daily with friendly service and a diner atmosphere. We ordered “The Hillsboro” which is 2 eggs, grits, potatoes or fruit, sausage or bacon served with sausage gravy over a biscuit or toast and “Farmer Eugene’s Biscuit Sandwich” eggs done your way, sausage or bacon, and a choice of cheese.
