Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie with Chocolate Ingredients • 8oz bag of pretzels, crushed up • 4 tbsp butter, melted, I used a dairy free • 16oz cream cheese, I used a dairy free • 5.9 oz instant chocolate pudding • 1/2 cup powdered sugar • 1/4 cup oat milk • 1 cup creamy peanut butter 8oz whipped topping, I used a dairy free This fits a 7x10 baking dish. Crush up the pretzels and spread in the bottom of dish. Pour the melted butter on top and lightly press down. In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and oat milk. Mix until smooth. Pour on top of the pretzel crust. When making the chocolate pudding, make according to direction but reduce the milk by 1/2 cup.
