Counting was originally released in 2012. Primarily envisioned as a recording collab between multi-instrumentalists A. Brown and Randy Grohs, it also features a range of guest performers -- including guitar ace Rick Musallam (who played in a fusion band with A. and RG, during their formative years in Wichita KS).

Avoiding any strict genre definitions, the album operates in a personalized niche that combines progressive, AOR, and contemporary influences.
