This Baked Snapper and Pea velouté was a high contender for the cover of The Gwinganna Gourmet Cookbook. A divine project I worked on with @chefsamgowing. Together we took the brief from initial planning, via mood and style sessions. Followed by an intense few weeks of photographing in the stunning location at Gwinganna, where we had a spacious villa to set up our props, boards and a full kitchen for Head Chefs Steven Crawford and @justin.addie.
