Add enough water to come to the max fill line on the pot. Stir well with a wooden spoon for at least one minute to ensure the grinds are mixed in well with the water. I use filtered water for this, because in San Diego our tap water tastes horrible. If your tap water also doesn’t taste very good, use filtered water for this. Press manual, high pressure for 5 minutes. After the cooking time is up, let it do a natural release until the pin drops and it’s safe to remove the lid.
