My Wedding

For my wedding I want there to be scripture that talks about what marriage and love is. For example "and the two shall become one" Ephesians 5:31. I don't just want this scripture in the ceremony but reflected in the decor. I love the idea of having "love is patient...." at the end of the rows in the isle. I feel like small touches like this will give small reminders of what marriage really is, making the day more special. I also hope to have a portion of my wedding, like the reception, outside in a garden. I love the way the rustic wedding look and I believe that it will bring my wedding closer to God. Through being outside you can experience god all around you and the beauty he has created, making the marriage covenant even more special. I also really love the idea for having a "special area" for those in heaven. Many in my family have passed and it is a truly beautiful way to honor them and acknowledge their presence. Finally, I want my wedding to be joyful, I want to celebrate and have fun with all my close family and friends as I believe that will make my day even more special.
