So I'm just going to add that to the bottoms of six croissants. This is so nice to make it the day ahead. Put it in the refrigerator and bake it the next morning. And now we're just going to cut them in fours. Alright we have all of our croissants cut into fours. So I'm just going to start laying them in my greased nine by thirteen pan. Alright that looks great. So we're just going to mix together one and a half cups of milk. Some lemon flavoring. Just a teaspoon of up, 2 eggs, half a cup of powdered sugar, the zest of a lemon. That's it. Whisk that together. So I'm just going to pour this right on top of our croissants. Making sure to kind of try to coat all of them as much as you can. Top this with some foil in the refrigerator for eight to 10 hours and we'll do the rest of it tomorrow. Good morning. Alright. Our strawberry overnight croissant French toast has been sitting overnight and looks great. So next step we're going to cover it back up. And I have my oven preheated to 350 degrees. Bake it for 30 minutes covered and then uncover it and then bake it for another 20 minutes. So while we're waiting for our French toast to cook we're going to make our strawberry sauce. So I have one pint strawberries which I've washed and then cut into little pieces and about a third of a cup of sugar. We're going to cook that until that cooks down and makes a nice strawberries. Alright, so we've made this easy strawberry sauce. I'm just going to add a tiny bit of some vanilla into it just to give it a little extra flavor but it looks great. If you guys don't like the chunks of the strawberries, you can puree it so that you don't have that or you can mash it with the potato masher but I like to have the nice so the strawberries and this will thicken up as it sets. But we've got our sauce ready for our French toast. Alright. Our overnight strawberry croissant french toast is done. So now we can taste this. I'm excited to taste it. You can hear it's nice and crunchy on the top. You can see that cream cheese layer in there. Yum. I'm going to add a little bit of our strawberry sauce on top. I'm just going to add some whipped cream that I have made on top of that. Gosh, it looks so pretty. I'm excited to try this. Oh my God. That is excellent French toast and so easy. You guys gotta make this overnight strawberry croissant french toast. It's amazing.

So easy. 3/ 4 a cup sour cream it's almost like you're cheating yeah it is and it's so good tasty then the only other thing I need is lime juice 3/ 4 of cup so I'm going to go ahead I've already done some of my lime so I like to squeeze fresh limes so condensed sweet milk yeah you can't go sour cream and lime juice that's it lime juice bake it in the bath for 15 minutes put it in the freezer that's it now I don't want to say fail safe because soon as we say this it'll end up like turn it that's it and then you put it in the fridge and keep it in the fridge and ours I made two of them while we were on vacation you ate both of them okay so we got 3/ 4 a cup of lime juice freshly squeezed organic if you can find organic stuff a lot of times to me I just really don't like pesticides and herbicides you can wash them off as best you can but we try to find organic when we can so one final step I want to put some this would not be considered a different ingredient It's just the zest. Nice. Let's get a little bit of couple of those pieces in the in the pie. Look how pretty. Look how it's thickening up. I know that's something. I was wondering what what it what was going to cause that to thicken up but it really did once you mix that up. Well, the condensed milk. You think about it in the sour cream and that's it. No eggs here. So, what temperature? I have got it at 350 and we're only going to cook this for 15 minutes. 350? 350 for 15 minutes and we're going to pull it out and just put it in the fridge and it'll just it's too easy. I'm just telling you, it's not your traditional key lime pie but it is so easy, so good, and it, there's no calories except for the ones that are right there. The sweetened condensed milk make everything delicious, right? Let me open that for you. I do, thank you. And look it, it's already setting up. Not even in there yet. It's amazing. Alright. And you're ready to pull this pie? I am. Is it 15 minutes? 15 minutes. The easiest key lime pie you'll ever make in your life. Look how it's already. We're just going to let it cool a little here and then we're going to I'm going to stood in the fridge. And look at look look how good that those little pieces of lime zest. It's just beautiful. Really really good. Oh look at that beauty sitting over there. It's ready for the fridge and I want you to see how it's already cooled down and can touch it. Look it. I'm already getting there. So we're just going to put it in the fridge so it's actually cold when we have it. Ready to go here in a while. What's it take an hour? This is about an hour. Alright. You know, we didn't even let this go the hour and it's still, we cut it if you'd let it go a little longer but we couldn't wait, could we? It's only said a half hour. So creamy. That's so good. Can't describe how delicious. Look how fast it's disappearing. That's really good. And then that almost said half hour. It could've set up a lot longer. It's still a little bit warm. It's good. Is that amazing or what? Yummy. You saw the amount of time and effort that went into that. Right. What did it take you? 3 minutes, 4 minutes to whip that up. And you always have that kind of stuff in your, if you have that here, you could make someone's coming over. Hurry up and whip a pie up. Boom. You got a perfect pie. That's right.
