This means not just a carb source, but rather pairing it with a fat and protein source!
➡️ 2 eggs, bacon, 1/2 avocado on sourdough toast. Eggs = protein + fat, bacon protein + fat, 1/2 avocado = fat, sourdough toast = carb! This is just one example of a blood sugar balanced meal. 2️⃣ I don’t get on my phone first thing in the morning. I’ll do face to sun, red light or SAD light for a few minutes! 🔴 TANGIBLE ACTION STEP: So tomorrow, I would try something simple like warm lemon water, eat a little food like berries or nuts, then try sip on that coffee or caffeinated beverage of choice and see how you feel!
