I was Celia Mae from Monsters inc for the monster party. I used 2 headbands stuck to each other (one over the crown over my head, the other perpendicular to that, fitting just behind my ears). I used jumbo pipecleaners from Hobby Lobby as the structure for the snakes (6 ft for $2.99, and I used 2 of these). These were cut into 5 even lengths for the snakes (4 full cuts at 14.4 in each and then I fastened the 2 leftovers to make one more snake).
