budget-friendly way to transform your wall. I went to
my wood store and I got six millimeter thick sheets of MDF
and some adhesive. I used my adhesive, applied it all over
the back of the sheets and I applied them evenly to my wall.
These are three and a half foot long sheets of MDF. I'm using
this spare piece of trim that I had and I'm gliding them in
between the sheets to make sure that they're spaced out evenly
and every piece that I put up has the same distance and width
throughout. Once the first set was done,

After you have installed your wall paneling strips or mouldings (please check out my other paneling reels on how to install different types of DIY wall paneling in your home) these are the following steps you need to take to get the perfect finish look:

1️⃣ Primer the paneling strips and/or mouldings using a suitable primer such as @zinsseruk B-I-N or 1-2-3 Primer Sealer.
2️⃣ Once the primer is dry use decorators caulk to seal between the panelling strip and the wall

1. First, you need to buy the £18 Cheshire Mouldings panelling kit from B&Q, OR if you know your exact measurements, buy a sheet of MDF and get it cut at B&Q. Personally I prefer the lazy girl method and bought the kit.

2. Stick your bottom and side panels on first, using No More Nails.

3. Work out your spacing for your middle panels - see my 'How To Measure Panelling Spacing' reel (saved to my Panelling highlight) for a tutorial. Essentially you need to measure the space between the two end panels, take away the total width of the middle panels and divide by the number of spaces (4 panels = 5 spaces).

4. Make a mark on the wall where each panel will go, then double check your measurements(!) and stick them on.
