5 ingredient chocolate covered date balls. An easy and healthy sweet treat, so simple!
- 1 cup medjool dates - 1/2 cup almonds - 1/4 cup coconut flakes - pinch of salt - 1 chocolate bar, melted Soak the dates in warm water for up to 30 mins to soften, then drain the liquid completely before use. In a food processor, blend almonds and coconut flakes till fine. Add in the soaked dates, salt, and blend till combined scraping down the sides as needed. Once you have formed your mixture, roll them into equal sized balls using your hands. You should get around 10-12. Coat each ball in melted chocolate and carefully place them apart on a baking sheet. Top with crushed biscoff biscuits and leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours. Enjoy! by @phitzee
